By accessing or using Velocity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the service.

Velocity is a project management platform designed for software engineering teams. The service includes issue tracking, project and cycle management, document editing, integrations with third-party tools, analytics, and a public API.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You may not create an account using a false identity or on behalf of another person without their permission.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Send unsolicited bulk communications through the platform
• Scrape or mine data from the service without written permission

You retain all rights to the content you create in Velocity. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

The Velocity name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of Velocity. The service, including its design, code, and documentation, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velocity and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
